Get roofing quotes in Rancho Santa Margarita
Three questions about the roof, then how to reach you. No provider is taking requests through this service yet, so your request joins a waiting list and goes to no company until you say yes to one by name.

It takes about a minute.
You are on the list.
No provider in Rancho Santa Margarita is taking requests through this service yet. We are lining them up, and yours is kept until one can.
- Nobody gets your details yet. Your request stays with us and is not passed to any company.
- One email when someone can help. When a provider covering your area can take it on, we email you once and ask whether you want that company, by name, to contact you.
- Deleted after 90 days. If nobody can take it on, or you do not say yes, your contact details are deleted 90 days after your request.
- You decide, or you do not. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay us.
Nobody will call you about this request unless you say yes to a company by name.

Free, and no obligation. Roofers pay for the introduction; you never do.
Your details stay put. They go to the matched contractors and nowhere else. Never a mailing list.
Before you start
I have solar panels. What happens to them?
They come off and go back on, and that is a separate cost, often handled by the solar installer rather than the roofer. If the roof is near the end of its life, do the roof first — removing and refitting panels twice is money wasted.
How many contractors will contact me?
No more than three. We picked that number because two quotes is not enough to spot an outlier and five is an ordeal.
What does a new roof cost in Rancho Santa Margarita?
For a typical Rancho Santa Margarita home of about 23 squares, an architectural asphalt re-roof usually lands between $12,000 and $25,500. Tile, slate and standing-seam metal run well above that. The number moves on how many old layers come off, how much decking is soft underneath, and how easily a truck can get to the house.
Can I just put a new roof over the old one?
Often you legally can, and it is usually a poor idea. Overlaying hides the condition of the decking, adds weight, shortens the life of the new shingles by trapping heat, and doubles the cost of the next tear-off.
Why does ventilation keep coming up?
It is the most under-sold part of a roof. Trapped heat and moisture shorten shingle life, warp decking, and in cold weather it is what turns snow into an ice dam.
Are you a roofing company?
No. Skyline Roofing Group is a free matching service. We do not hold a roofing licence, we do not employ crews, and we never come to your house. We pass your request to independent local contractors who do the work and who you hire directly.
Why homeowners use a matching service
Emergencies go first
A live leak is not the same request as budgeting for next spring, and it does not sit in the same queue.
No obligation, genuinely
Take the numbers and do nothing with them. Plenty of people do exactly that, and it is a perfectly good outcome.
